I booked huge and silent room with all necessary amenities, the bedroom, for example. Location: the hotel was near shops and other museums, excellent restaurants and cafes, and the centre of Florence. The services were excellent.

The room was spacious and comfortable, with nice art on the walls. The location was great, very central and close to good places to eat. It was quiet at night, which made sleeping easy.

There was no elevator, and we had to carry our bags up several flights of stairs. , the breakfast was not very good, and the staff were not very friendly or helpful with our needs.

The location of this hotel is perfect, as it is very close to the centre and all the main sights of the city. You'll be able to easily walk to all the main attractions and explore the city without any hassle. Additionally, the rooms are spotlessly clean and well-maintained, with attention to detail and basic amenities like air conditioning and private bathrooms. The staff is exceptionally friendly and dedicated, always making you feel welcome. The breakfast included in your stay is also quite impressive, with a variety of tasty selections to choose from.

This hotel was an absolute gem in every way. the location was superb. Right in the heart of Florence, it was within walking distance to all the major attractions and just a stone's throw away from the train station. Secondly, the staff was incredibly friendly and attentive. From the moment we arrived, they made us feel right at home. Lastly, the rooms were comfortable and well-appointed. We were lucky enough to have a room with a balcony, which offered stunning views of the city. this hotel was excellent value for money and I would highly recommend it to anyone visiting this beautiful city.

Had a great xmas experience here! the rooms had lovely decor and one even had a beautiful fresco ceiling. Plus, the staff were friendly and accommodating.

There were some downsides to this stay. the walls were thin, so noise from other guests and the hallway could be heard, which was a bit of a disturbance.

As a traveler staying at B&B Quattro Poeti, I had a fantastic experience during my four-night stay. The room and bathroom were lovely, with beautiful frescoes and comfortable furnishings. The breakfast offered was delicious, and the coffee was exceptional. The location couldn't have been better, as it was conveniently close to bars and restaurants. Elsa, the owner, was incredibly passionate about her business and provided attentive and helpful service. Everything was well-maintained, and attention to detail was evident. a brilliant stay!
